Abu Dhabi regulators approved a framework for SPAC
The United Arab Emirates’ Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) has approved a regulatory framework for special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs). The move by the United Arab Emirates Securities and Commodities Authority paves the way for the Gulf region’s first SPAC listing.
