Aesthetics Firm Suneva Said in Talks for Viveon Health SPAC Deal
Suneva Medical Inc., seller of beauty and anti-aging products, is in advanced talks to go public through a merger with SPAC Viveon Health Acquisition Corp.
The deal is expected to value Suneva at about $511 million including debt.
