German EV Startup E.GO Weighs Listing Options Including SPAC

German EV hopeful Next.EGO Mobile SE is in talks to go public through a blank-check company or an initial public offering that will see a maker of compact cars for short trips value up to 2 billion euros could give ($2.4 billion).
The company, which was saved from bankruptcy last year, could go ahead with the plan within the next 12 months, chairman Ali Wezwei said in an interview.
