$60 Million PIPE to Support Zooz Deal is being negotiated by Keyarch Acquisition
Keyarch Acquisition is in negotiations with investors to get a PIPE worth up to $60 million for its proposed merger with Zooz Power.
The target company is a provider of flywheel-based power boosting solutions for the EV charging infrastructure industry.
Closing requires a minimum cash contribution of $10 million. The equity value includes $60 million at closing plus up to $40 million in further contingent consideration via earnout shares.
