Adevinta affirms the consortium of Blackstone and Permira’s acquisition proposal
Adevinta, an online classifieds company supported by eBay received a proposal from a partnership headed by Permira and Blackstone discussing a prospective acquisition offer.
Both eBay and the significant Adevinta stakeholder Schibsted indicated support for the proposal and said they would keep a portion of their current stakes.
eBay sold part of its stake in Adevinta to Permira for $2.25 billion back in 2021.
