Augmented reality company RealWear valued at $376 million in SPAC deal
RealWear, a Vancouver company that makes rugged augmented reality headsets, plans to go public via SPAC merger with Seattle-based Cascadia Acquisition Corp., in a deal that values the business at $375.5 million.
