Betting Data Giant Genius Sports Finalizes SPAC Merger
Data rights holder Genius Sports Group has completed its merger with dMY Technology Group to become publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange. The finalized merger comes after Genius made its biggest rights move ever earlier this month, acquiring exclusive rights to distribute NFL betting data.
