Big Tree Cloud in a SPAC deal with Plutonian Acquisition Corp. for a US listing
According to a joint statement released by the firms recently, the $10 per share deal is anticipated to close in the first half of 2024, subject to regulatory approvals from the Nasdaq Stock Market and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
