Crown LNG and a Catcha Investment in USD685 million merger
Goodwin and Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough have assisted in the USD685 million Crown LNG SPAC merger.
The combined business will be named Crown LNG Holdings and listed on the New York Stock Exchange once completed as scheduled in the fourth quarter of 2023.
Crown intends to utilise the proceeds from the SPAC transaction to support infrastructure projects in India and Scotland and expand into new markets such as Vietnam and Canada.
