FENIX360 has agreed to be bought by DUET Acquisition Corp.
FENIX360’s arrangement with DUET, described as “an artist-centric, multi-genre social media platform,” will see it become a public business on the Nasdaq in the first half of 2024. The acquisition is worth $610 million to FENIX360.
