Flybondi Limited an Argentina-based, low-cost airline, to form a business combination with Integral Acquisition Corporation 1.
The planned transaction is structured as a share exchange and a subsidiary merger. Once the deal is approved, shares of the airline to be listed on the Nasdaq under the symbol FLYB.
