Fusemachines ready for Nasdaq IPO via $200 million SPAC agreement
New York – Fusemachines Inc., an enterprise AI solutions provider, has signed a final agreement to merge with CSLM Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: CSLM), a special-purpose acquisition firm. The agreement, which is anticipated to finalise by the end of Q2 2024, would make Fusemachines a publicly listed company on the Nasdaq under the ticker code “FUSE,” with an equity worth of $200 million.
