HUB Cyber Security Announced Expected SPAC Merger and Listing Date
HUB Cyber Security Ltd, a developer of Confidential Computing cybersecurity solutions and services, announced the receipt of all approvals and compliance with the conditions for the expected merger with Mount Rainier Acquisition Corp.
The merger with is expected to occur on Monday February 27, 2023 and official announcement of the closing of the merger will be publicized.
