HyperloopTT Agrees to Merge With Ex-Disney Executives’ SPAC
Hyperloop Transportation Technologies, a technology-licensing company, has agreed to merge with SPAC Forest Road Acquisition Corp. II. The merged company will have an enterprise value of about $400 million.
