Indonesia-focused DigiAsia to go public via SPAC merger
Indonesia-focused DigiAsia Bios Pte Ltd, fintech and banking solutions provider, announced a business combination agreement with SPAC, StoneBridge Acquisition Corporation, to further strengthen its presence in Southeast Asia. The combined company was valued at $500 million pre-money equity valuation.
