SPAC Dune Acquisition Corp to merge with cleantech Global Hydrogen Energy
SPAC Dune Acquisition Corp. has agreed to merge with sustainable industrial gas supplier, Global Hydrogen Energy. The Global Hydrogen merger pegs the enterprise value of the combined company at $112M. The deal is expected to close during the second half of 2023.
