SPAC Rosecliff Acquisition Corp. to merge with Medtech Spectral MD
Rosecliff and Spectral announced that the deal pegged the enterprise value of Spectral at $170 million. Based in London and Dallas, Spectral has developed an AI-driven predictive diagnostics platform for wound care.
