SPAC Software Acquisition Group III shareholders approve merger with Nogin
Software Acquisition Group III SPAC has approved a proposed merger with e-commerce services provider Nogin. Nogin operates a cloud-based e-commerce platform for brands selling direct-to-consumer or through online channels. Customers include bebe, Brookstone and Kenneth Cole.
