UK investment firm CorpAcq to go public via a SPAC merger
Michael Klein, a Wall Street dealmaker, has announced plans to take UK investment firm CorpAcq public via a SPAC merger.
CorpAcq is the owner of several companies, including a plumbing company, a diesel generator expert, and a forklift truck supplier.
